Description
Role Overview
As a Software Engineer III, you will play a key role in building and scaling CareDevi’s core platform. This is a product-oriented engineering role, not a ticket-driven one. You will help shape solutions from early problem definition through implementation, deployment, and iteration. You’ll be expected to take ownership of features, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with product and design partners—all while remaining hands-on in a production environment. What You’ll Work On

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend and frontend systems that power CareDevi’s platform
Own features end-to-end, from technical design to deployment and continuous improvement
Partner closely with product managers and designers to translate user needs into high-quality technical solutions
Make thoughtful tradeoffs between speed, quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability
Contribute to system architecture, engineering standards, and best practices
Improve reliability, performance, and security across the platform
Work with healthcare and wellness data responsibly, following privacy and security best practices
