Role Overview

We’re looking for a React Native Developer III who thrives at the intersection of product thinking, mobile architecture, and healthcare innovation. You’ll own core mobile experiences across our patient-facing applications (MyCareDevi) and collaborate closely with backend (Node.js / Python), design, and product teams to deliver secure, performant, production-grade healthcare applications.

What You’ll Work On

Key responsibilities and daily tasks

Architect and maintain scalable React Native applications (iOS + Android)

Build secure mobile flows for health data authorization & consent, appointment scheduling, wellness tracking & step challenges, and real-time sync with GraphQL APIs

Integrate with backend services (Node.js, Python, AWS infrastructure)

Optimize app performance, memory usage, and startup time

Design robust offline-first and background sync capabilities

Implement analytics, logging, and observability best practices

Collaborate on product decisions — not just implementation

Mentor junior developers and raise mobile engineering standards

Who You Are

Skills and qualifications we're looking for

Must Haves

3+ years building production-grade React Native applications
Strong experience with TypeScript
Experience integrating with GraphQL APIs
Deep understanding of mobile performance optimization
Experience with secure authentication flows (OAuth, token storage, biometrics)
Strong understanding of app store deployment processes (Apple & Google)
Experience debugging production mobile issues
